I was unable to buy an offered item during the round 3 buy without selling a previous item. I was attempting to purchase an active item and I had an available active slot. It was the final item offered that round and had 4 remaining open slots but it still forced me to sell one of my items...

I just got the same issue. Played a game to completion (said game was full of packet loss and bad ping for multiple players) and I am now banned and the match doesn't appear in my recently played games. My team won the game and nobody from either team disconnected before the match went final...
