I'm not sure devs have access to voice comms. They might not be able to review the match comms but probably can review the actual reports. I will say this: Reporting gets disabled if you use it too much/spam it. Maybe the system needs tweaking, maybe, but I kinda doubt people are spam reporting...

I kinda agree with you but at the same time I think the philosophy with this game is negotiating the complexity of shooters and moba while being approachable. Nonetheless, to be clear, I'm glad you're saying this as the feedback we leave can help Valve decide what to investigate in testing...

Another possible ability, replacing one of the ones above: Gain move speed from killing an enemy. Feel this one could be annoying to play against but, technically speaking, killing enemies should be relatively uncommon (average is like 10 kills a game right?)
