Hi, When using Vindica's crow with escalating exposure, each tick of damage adds a stack of debuff. This works for most enemies, and hereos. However, the behavior changes when it used on a tower. Is that intended? It only puts on 1 stack for a tower, but I still see the crow's circling the tower.
