While playing as Venator in street brawl I purchased omnicharge signet and imbued it on my 1.
the 1 now had 3 charges as it should
AFTER purchasing omnicharge signet I upgraded the 1 to the max level "allowing charges"
however the number of charges remained 3 when upgrading with AP when it...
