The consistent thing in all of those clips is that there is something behind the player causing the camera to be pushed forward, seems inconsistent but in before its causing some weird offset of the projectile to its visual graphic.

The fact that the card says it has an arm time and doesn't specify otherwise means its either a bug with the interaction or a bug with the card, intended or not.
