yeah focus lens is true damage and so is lady geist's ult and mirage's scarabs. But i just tested it and you CAN counter spell both of those abilities but you cant counter damage from focus lens. it is possible to counter spell the attachment of focus lens but not the damage that applies after...

If you parry with Counter Spell right as Focus Lens is ending, the damage will still apply to you
