Unless it was in the last few patches it isn't, but it's not impactful now that you can't see where the orb will spawn to prefire it.

Happens because your eye position is above/outside your collision capsule and Wraith tp does a line trace from your eyes to any valid floor as its highest priority check

Holding jump at the apex of a dash jump (or a double jump performed after a dash jump) causes you to glide with increased air control for a brief duration or until jump is released. Abilities used while gliding are imbued with spirit power and have reduced cooldowns.
I just played a match where my sound muted whenever anyone talked and I got this spew in the console:

Nah, slide only gives you steering, not acceleration, but sometimes you line up with the curb right and it counts as downhill contact to reset your slide.
