Just throwing this out there, an item that prevents deaths from dot damage. Passive, 3 or 4 soul tier.
A killing blow will be required by enemy heroes. Negative stats tbd by anyone
Abrams 1 Ability Siphon Life will not proc Spell slinger, it can still refresh timer on stacks but will not add to it
Shoulder Charge has the same problem, just occurred to me that those abilities can be casted out of combat but still wont proc any stacks
