If immediately after death, exit the game, come back and reconnect to the match, the game just crashes, but after the next revival, everything will be back to normal

If you minimize the game for a couple of minutes when playing in the sandbox (maybe in other modes as well) and then minimize it again, the animations will just hang and your character will be in T-Pose
