This also happened to me - Another fix is to Ult, and it "resets" your zero gravity

My death at 12:53 kickstarts the glitch, and I fix it at 21:31 where I ult in spawn.
Play Kelvin (I did this in the Hideout)
Use his ult
Hover over his ult (Which would normally show ult description) using your mouse while holding tab
"ability_ice_dome_trigger" text is shown, instead of the usual Ult explanation
