Basic Shiv's ult range is 15 m, after activating Arcane Surge by dash+jump it has to be 15*1.2=18m and in sandbox rad frame of ability started showing at 18m as it should be, BUT after you click button to activate the Ult nothing happening after short time shaking of rad frame box of ability.
