The following item damage doesn't seem to be affected by the Air Drop Outgoing Damage Bonus:
Scourge, Lighting Scroll, Capacitor (Active), Stalker Mark.
I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, since the buff is called Outgoing Damage Bonus rather than just Damage Amp.
I think this bug is fixed, try my method again recently and unable replicate, it look like the bugged key are still being "input" when you die but wont brick all match anymore.
I have able to replicate this bug pretty easy on most character:
1. If your default ability bind are 1234 then bind an character key to 1324.
2. Go to sandbox using said character and "kill hero".
3. During death screen if you press 3 the 2 ability will bugged and press 2 make the 3 ability...
