    viscous ult walker interaction

    Viscous's ult has had its ability to stun Walkers removed. This was a really stupid decision in light of the fact that they changed literally nothing else about Viscous's ult interacting with Walkers, but it's not a bug.

    I'd agree except that in another thread (posted the same day, funnily enough) we're seeing this when the target is sitting stock still. I think that character movement is exacerbating the issue, but there's definitely Fuckery Afoot™ with regards to the terrain...

    Grabbed a clip. At first I thought this was maybe Storm Cloud proccing Lightning Scroll's delayed damage and that triggering Spirit Burn, but it would appear that GT's bird can literally be a valid target for Storm Cloud to damage GT. Amazing.

    Phantom Strike might not fully reach the target if in different elevations

    There's a whole lotta whole lotta going on with PS right now I think it might be less elevation alone, and more that PS can't handle terrain interruption? Even just the tiny slope of the stairs just being too much for it to traverse.

    Seconding. A lot of these have been in the game for months now. Puddle Punch is rapidly becoming a purely utility/movement ability because it's so unreliable for actually hitting enemies on the fly.

    Given the difficulty of landing a hit with this, it seems like its sole use would be for people with existing reliable stuns to add time to their own stuns. I don't think that it would add much of value to the game, subsequently.

    Terrible idea. Uppercut already has an unwarranted movement lock tied to it, giving Hook one as well on top of the free stun would be completely over the top. Needing to exercise discretion when targeting people with your abilities is one of the most basic parts of MOBA game design.

    Inherent Bullet Resistance Doubles Against Melee
