I tried to go onto it with my first double jump, and was unable to connect. Yet when I walk away from it you can hear that I'm actually on the zipline, yet also able to move (albeit restricted to forward and back to some degree). I managed to escape by walking forward/climbing it fully and it allowed me to move freely. Only time this has ever happened as well.
