Wither is a midrange anti-carry that can steal and deal sustained damage of its' own, like Razor from Dota 2. More than that, this hero can keep enemy carries poor all game if played well. It is a decaying horror with four large eyeballs covering all sides of its' long, capsule-shaped head. There is a grotesque vibe to it similar to the neutral eyeball creeps on the map, but it is biped and capable of speech; it may even know something about the eyeballs, or have some kind of connection to them.

When Wither steals a stat, that stat is reduced for the enemy and raised for itself, much like Siphon Bullets.

Its' first ability, Pestilence, is a self-aoe like Scorn that damages and steals 10% movement speed from each target. It can be upgraded to steal dash distance, fire rate, and finally cooldown reduction (hastening your cooldowns and slowing the enemy's). The ability has a 12 meter radius.

It's second ability, Famine, is a point-and-click dash that can target any unit, like Lash's Grapple can. It has a 10m cast range and you overshoot the target by an additional 6 meters, dealing minor damage along the way (and refreshing the debuff from your next ability). Any trooper in the path of Famine now grants unsecured souls instead of secured souls.

Its' third ability, War, is a buildup debuff like Infernus' 3 that deals 1% max health-based damage per second and steals 15% of all damage dealt. It can be upgraded to deal another 1% damage, steal another 15% damage, and finally heal Wither for all damage per second dealt. War is marginally harder to build up than Toxic or Afterburn but lasts 4.5 seconds by default and is refreshed by any damage that Wither deals to a target.

Wither's ultimate is Death. It gains an on-kill passive that directly transfers any unsecured souls from the victim directly to Wither, instead of dropping a bag, from any range. On activation, all enemy heroes that have been debuffed by Wither in the last 25 seconds have all of said debuffs reapplied to them as ultimate debuffs (Debuff Remover and Jumpstart no longer cleanse them), with 50% increased strength (i.e. a 10% slow becomes 15%). All affected heroes are revealed on the map, and Wither is also revealed, until Wither or an enemy dies. As an upgrade, 300(+1 per spirit power) secured souls from each affected hero become unsecured, and all of Wither's unspent souls become unsecured.
