When you change the window mode in video settings, the game goes crazy [video]

When you change the "Window Mode" setting to "full-screen mode" from "Window Mode" when riding a ziplane the game goes crazy. The game speeds up a lot and kind of loses synchronization with the server (I don't know how else to describe it).
