Water themed hero

A water themed hero idea I have now is

Main weapon
He has water float around or even on his right arm, pulsing and floating
Throwing the water to shoot it or even ironmanning it if the floating water idea is denied, having it in his backpack

He could have an alt fire instead of zooming in, compressing it against his right arm (on the outside of his palm like a wrist gun)
turning into a sharp object before he throws that for more damage.

his reload could either be the left hand waving around as it collects the water around him, or simply the same but as a vent ontop of a backpack

Ability A
Fountain
they have water come up from the ground, much like a geyser, letting ppl fly up and stay ontop for a bit, similar to a mix of goo fellas punch but more mobility based

Ability B
They could have a sort of slide, shooting water out in front of them to speed over it, could stay behind for a type of mobility or something while jamming / slowing enemies fire rate if they get in the line of fire

Ability C
WIP

Ult
with a similar idea to vindictas 1, it could be a blast around the user that slows enemies down, causing slowed firerate, speed and such

or even have it more like a tube going upwards where ppl can swim around the chosen area, slowing down firerate but giving alot of mobility to the user and their team due to the user being a swimmer

Ooh, shit, adding water in the game like a river or something in the middle of the map and adding little pool/pond scattered in the map probably a cool idea, and all water based heroes get a buff in there, like Slork for example.

X-marks with that shield wall would make a great maze-dancer (To upshow his brother Mirage? PS wow's boralus map should have been a pvp dung lobb)

But I'd rather they port in Kunkka completely, so here goes:
He brings his X+Torrent from vanilla and gets Valorant's Harbor's (extra wiggly) High Tide. The ultimate is still a ghost boat, but sitting ~60d to flat and coming apart as she rises, carrying any enemies caught where they were and an armored K by the prow (tidebringer melee following?)

Admirals should only ever need fire one shot (maybe for the ult?) so a flintlock with neon bullets will do. Say a PotC-Salazar-ish reload of releasing it to float in the air while cross-fading up & down the barrel into the ult's shader, grabbed from the air before finishing
