Walker stuck in building

In match 8370 at minute 12, the blue team's orange Walker was stuck inside a building. Not sure how it got there! Can Lash throw them?

Looks like it somehow slowly slides across the map while the game is paused, then tries to walk back through the building when it resumes.

Same thing happened to me. It kind of got stuck in there and didn't move anymore at all, but was able to attack and find targets as normal.
