Two hour ban from matchmaking.

So i joined a game that i had to leave, because a player was calling himself the "Thin Blue Line" and started harassing players without being much help very quickly into the game...

Why am I getting the two hour ban?! When this trash gets just to hang out? Sort this out cause its clearly a fucking bug.
