Sinclair Ult Buffs

Sinclair's Ult is very cool but I hear lots of people complaining that it is very hard to use, and not only that but it is very hard to justify investing points into it as well (although I don't play Sinclair but I have tried him a couple of times). I would just buff the upgrades since the base ability is a good start

Tier 1: Upgrade Copied Ult and increase your Ult's range by 5m
Tier one upgrades are never really game changing so this should be in line with that, also helps non Ult builds as this is still a sizable buff with little investment. (note this buffs the range at which you can copy not the range of the copied ult)

Tier 2: Upgrade Copied Ult again and Use the Highest Stats between you and your victim for the Duration of Ult
Tier twos are where things ramp up, one common interaction I see is a Sinclair trying to counter-ult a Seven or especially Haze but Sinclair's Storm Cloud or Bullet Dance sucks because they didn't invest in the stats they needed to really do that; This Upgrade would change that. I would also like to clarify that stat stealing would also be for secondary stats like resists and lifesteal aswell, to enable things like stealing a tanky Kelvin's ult to make you tanky and have your high spirit. This really fixes the Bullet Dance interaction very well since you not only steal the bullet damage and lifesteal of the victim Haze but you will probably have higher Spirit damage and lifesteal completely flipping the interaction even reactively. Haze could still win out however since while you do copy the raw bullet damage from gun items, the actual extra effects might help her win out late game.

Tier 3: Upgrade Copied Ult AGAIN and +1:30 minute copied Ult duration holding time
Tier threes are always the game changers, and this one is the most common complaint I hear. Extra time is pretty arbitrary could be just a extra minute (btw yes I know the initial 10 second exists and would be added). Could even go overboard and make it to where you can hold a ult as long as your Ult is on cooldown.

I think these are good ideas and it would make it feel a lot less. . . shitty to invest in his ult.

That said, you missed 1 point on Haze's Bullet dance and that is that Sinclair will never get as much from that as Haze does because Sinclair doesn't have Fixation, Haze's passive 3. Fixation makes her Bullet dance go from "meh" to "I'M MELTING".
 
Shouldn't the ult upgrades just copy the upgrades of the ult they copy?
Ok it took me a minute to understand this, that is not a bad suggestion. Although then you wouldn't know what tier of ult you are copying which could lead to awkward moments like trying to break up a team fight with Storm Cloud only for it to be small and short.

I forgor 💀, early and early-mid game you would definitely shred her faster than she does you
