Rem bugs I've taken note of.

Rem bug #1

If a teammate climbs up a ladder, and you're tagged along, and you hop off and hold SpaceBar while they are climbing, or jump to climb, too, your Tag Along will not have any cool down.

Rem Bug #2

Unsure if this is Rem specific, or Kelvin, but his Ice Beam, when fully maxxed, will hit Rem while he is in tagalong. I assume this is unintentional, as other items like Richochet cannot hit Rem while in tag-along.

Rem Bug #3

Dispel Magic, Victors 2, Dynamos Teleport, Viscous Cube, can get rid of Rem's Ultimate Sleep Status, denying any damage they would take and instantly destroying any reason to go for the ultimate to begin with. The counter-play is broken and makes the characters 1 out of 2 damage dealing abilities useless. Dispell might be behaving strangely, or i am witnessing it activating RIGHT when they take damage, making it look like they aren't taking damage since it heals a bit, too.

For Victors 2, it might not be clensing it, but reducing the timer for how long he's slept, but it still looks like it isn't doing damage to him, so i am unsure if the debuff resist he does is also affecting Rem's ult to also do less damage depending on the debuff resist an enemy has.

Rem Bug #4

new bug with helpers that, when 2 become available at the same time, when you try to quickly apply them to minions, only one will attach, while the other one goes on cooldown without attaching

This might be the same bug that, when all your minions die, its supposed to refund some time that would have already been used. This leads to situations where you apply all 4, they die immediately, and no time is refunded, leading to a greater than 45 Second cool-down, when in lane phase when you have 2, if one dies, you get the time refunded
 
I found a bug where if rem jumps to a new target with tag-along already active, and that target dies while Rem is mid-air, tag-along gets cancelled and cooldown reset.

you mean mid tag-along? that sounds intended so REM dont immediatelly jumps to another.
