Ranked system average elo

Is the ranked system bug now?

The team are unbalance, there is one team with 5 Archon and in my team I'm only one Archon with unranked player...

I feel like it's not fair to put invested player with casual one.

Also, maybe it's good to upgrade the ranked system requirements. Or add variables to the mmr

- usage of ping
- usage of vocal communication

i think it carried over their elo from normal games theyre supposed to be there, for now at least
