Queuing for game causes it to be stuck at haze background screen

Hello,

This been happening consistently the past 2 weeks, and today it did this 4 times in a row. When match making, it prepares to go into lobby but then gets stuck in this screen. I cant leave this as it will force me to abandon the game and subsequently banned for leaving. I just wait for it to time out. Any solutions?
