Go to main page and scroll to the private section, gameplay and on Silver, and articulate a bit more.
1) Private feedback is to prevent community bias.
2) This is not a localisation bug.
3) Being vague, they won't know how to make Silver more fair - in your opinion.

I think he means everyting should be trun down a noch on her kit. That's what he means. He can t articulate what is worth nerfing as there is to much, so any nerf in any ability or direction is a start. He may want to make a public post and as there isn t a public forum to vent a general opinion.
It s good to know we can post in those as even myself though it s private and we don t have acces. Maybe there should be a more clear instruction on how to post in the forum.

Again, by discussing things pertaining to balance, or gameplay PUBLICALLY is actively HURTING the development of Deadlock - not helping. Valve have locked and move threads - I have seen them do it, even post about it, including Yoshi himself. So please do not jeopardise development! We love this game, right? :c
The only thing community bias that is acceptable is community clips, bug reports and ideas - as those things are okay and in fact encouraged to have community bias. You do not want to influence a bandwagon effect to something as delicate as gameplay balance or personal satisification.

Listen, I'm not Valve okay. I agree, the instructions could be clear. I'm not here to affirm you about it being unclear.
I gave everyone the clear instructions - so it's clear because Valve makes it unclear.
