If fire scarabs is used on a target that is under the effect of a previous scarab debuff, the health steal to mirage will be much lower.
Example with rapid recharge and maxed fire scarabs to get cooldown below duration.
First use correctly steals 171 hp. Second use only increases mirage hp by 57.
