McGinnis Wall render bug on Linux

McGinnis's wall renders like this on Linux, using Vulkan as the rendering pipeline.
GPU: RX 6700 XT
OS: Kubuntu 24.04 LTS x86_64
Here are my graphics settings:

I'm like 95 percent sure this isn't how its supposed to look.
