McGinnis Wall Bug - Stuck Action/Unusable

When using Deadlock's wall ability there is a chance that her wall will bug and become unusable for the remainder of the match (or until you change hero's in sandbox). See details and video attached.

This is being caused by the player activating her wall multiple times during the period that her wall is not available to be placed. During McGinnis use of the wall there appears to be a .25 second buffer or so that the wall is not able to be placed, it must get a few feet away from her. During this time, 1 input will automatically place the wall at that distance. 2+ inputs may cause the bug described previously.

This bug is is nearly consistently replicated. Setting up the macro attached I can produce this bug 1/5 wall uses. I messed with the timing a bit and I couldn't fine tune it to trigger 100% of the time. So it does seem to be an unlucky event for the unfortunate player who spams their wall in an emergency - or someone who is just trying to place it as close to themselves as possible.

I attempted this same input pattern when the wall is further away, or not within the buffer period and I could not replicate.

Edit to clarify - the "3" skill will remain as detonate for the remainder of the match. Cannot be upgraded.

Every time this bug happens the wall will appear on the character instead of a few feet away.

It does not matter where I was looking.

I could not replicate using any timing with just two inputs of the 3 key.
