After playing a round of Brawl, I noticed that a Kill Notification remained after the battle ended, and I returned to the Hideout. It persisted through an entire second match, and was still there afterwards. Which is when I took the Screenshot below. As you might expect, it went away after restarting the game, but I still figure it's worth mentioning.
