3000 souls, spirit category, prevents all item usage for 5 seconds... OR, curse should just do this already.
I think this item needs to exist because debuff reducer exists. If ivy wants to steal rejuv you typically want to silence ivy. even if you curse ivy, and it bought a debuff reducer, you are just screwed because it will cleanse it and stoneform. Same goes for yamato.
