Horizontal screen tearing eyes bleeding effect.

Idk whats going on my screen is tearing like crazy. My eyes are still feeling weird from playing a whole match with this on. It was fine for the first 15 minutes or so then all the sudden I got a movement bug, so I closed the game and rejoined. Then I had this visual bug like 5 minutes later.
I re-installed the client and the bug seems to have gone away for now.
