Hero: Giggles {Unpredictable/Disruptor/Psychological}
Today, I thought I'd make a Clown outcast entertainer driven by desire for people's reactions rather than laughter. Of course I have to make him a bit uncanny, creepy, or uncomfortable. Making the colors feel more simple and specific to a carnival or a circus. I also viewed alot of references of 1950s clowns and entertainers of how they wear and use their make-up. Ngl, with the black and white filter they looked creepy as hell. Especially with Bozo the Clown which was a very popular show back in the 1960s.

Weapon: The Grand Accolade
Medium Range, Heavy Hitter
A revolver with a ridiculous design. Alt. fire would fire 2 shots at once to double the damage.

Fate's Tale:
Giggles was once a favorite clown entertainer at Coney Island. He is known for drawing crowds with his extraordinary acts. However, he wasn't just interested in making people laugh; he was more obsessed with their reactions. The more extreme and jaw-dropping, the better. This obsession led to his final "unforgettable" performance so disturbing that he was forbidden from nearly every entertainment venue in America.
A decade has past and now as a disgraced outcast, Giggles brought his twisted tricks of comedy back to the streets of New York. Views this congoing conflict as the ultimate stage where he can finally perform his most chaotic acts for a captive audience. The battlefield is just one big circus.

Ability 1: Jack-in-a-Box (Randomized Trap)
Throw a box trap that will arm itself. It will lay dormant until a enemy enters its radius. Upon activation, the toy named "Jack" pops out is randomized, forcing the enemy to react to a different threat every time a trap is activated.
* Slow: Jack pops out and applies slow and fire rate reduction
* Stun: Jack pops out and delivers a loud bang, stunning the target for 0.7 seconds
* Burst: Jack doesn't come out of the box. It simply explodes, dealing burst damage in a small AOE.

Ability 2: Cardboard Camouflage
Leap backwards as the cardboard cutout replaces your spot as a decoy to take damage. If destroyed, gain invisible for 3 seconds and movement speed to reposition or escape.

Ability 3/ Passive: Clown's Vexation
Enemies that trigger Jack-in-a-Box or hits a Cardboard Cutout, Gain one stack of Vexation (Up to a max of 6 stacks). Each stacks grants movement speed and increased fire rate. Hit by Slow, Stun, or Root effect will lose all stacks.

Ult. Ability: The Grand Confusion
Slam a giant mallet into the ground emitting a massive, dizzy, shockwave that inverts the movement controls and seeing illusions of multiple allied heroes of all affected enemies. (Forward is Back, Left is Right)
*AOE is a cone
*Duration is 3.8 seconds
Final Thoughts:
At first I wanted to make a clown with a suit, but I realized it looked like a Joker ripoff so I scrapped that. Which led to the inspired reference of the 50s clown that I had looked at.
I feel as though this could be a fun hero yet with his kit. Although not sure how players would feel playing against him. Some would like his randomized box abilities to find new ways to play out. 2nd ability may be my personal favorite to escape in a difficult situation if on low health or losing in team fights.
I did think of a 1st ability to be throwing a pie at the enemy so that they would be blind for a few seconds. However as much as I see this ability very funny, but might as well make it a little appropriate. 2nd ability was inspired by Apollo's Sigil ability, as soon as I saw the backward leap I wondered if there was a hero that can place a decoy and get out of danger. 3rd passive ability to me seems a bit fair if this hero gets interrupted by a certain hero to lose this speed and fire rate so not too worried about that . Ult. ability would be very chaotic if played right, players would be panicking if controls are inverted. However people with inverted controls experience would tackle through this but I see this as unlikely.
Adding in some tier upgrades you
Voice should be similar to the Batman who Laughs (It's only a suggestion)
I feel as though there are flaws in his abilities and I want to listen to the feedback.
Criticisms is much appreciated.
Thanks!
