Hero Concept - Alter (for Deadlock):

Backstory:
In the mid-19th century, Alter was a legendary brawler in the underground pits of the "The Bear Pit." He possessed more than just monstrous strength; he had an intuitive command over air currents, channeling the wind into every strike. However, during the Great Magical Cataclysm, he was pulled into a rift in the Maelstrom—a temporal pocket where time flows differently. Decades later, he emerged into modern-day Deadlock. Though his hair has gone white and his skin is weathered, he wields a terrifying, primeval power.
Tragedy and Gift:
Alter’s combat style is not "magic" in the common sense, but a raw, physical release of kinetic wind energy. Every punch creates a supersonic shockwave, and every kick carves through the air with vacuum-like precision. He has learned to "displace" souls and bodies through space (his Swap ability), maneuvering enemies and allies like pieces on a chessboard using atmospheric pressure.
Motivation in Deadlock:
Alter views today's occultists and techno-mages as pretenders who don't understand the true cost of power. He doesn't fight for the Cursed Apple or coin; he fights to "anchor" his fading existence to reality. Without the constant friction of combat, his physical form begins to dissolve into raw Spirit energy.

Abilities:
Skill 1 "Penetration" (Passive, Spirit Damage) Cooldown 38s
Your heavy attack has increased range and radius, and also pierces parries and deals additional Spirit damage (initial bonus damage - 50).
Passive:
Damage only occurs 5s after this attack.
Leveling:
Tier 1 - The player gains a movement speed boost after landing a heavy attack. Subsequent heavy attacks that hit an enemy hero reduce the cooldown of this skill by 3% of the cooldown of this skill (not permanently).
Tier 2 - Light attacks can now also pierce parries and deal additional damage, but after using a light attack, the cooldown is halved. Subsequent light attacks that hit Hitting an enemy hero reduces the cooldown of this skill by 1% of this skill's cooldown (not permanent);
Tier 3 - Your Heavy Strike now heals you for the Spirit damage dealt by this skill, and it cannot be interrupted (only works with this skill).

Skill 2 "Flurry of Impacts" (Scaling from weapon damage, but Spirit damage is dealt) Cooldown 32s
(First Impact) - The player strikes forward, emitting a wind aura in a medium radius, dealing damage to enemies within the radius. Enemies hit by the strike are knocked back in the direction of the strike. (Initial damage 60)
Interval 2 seconds (cannot be reduced)
(Second Impact) - After hitting enemies and knocking them back, the player can use a second strike, which dashes in the direction they are facing and deals 70% of the damage of the previous impact.
Leveling:
Tier 1 - Cooldown Decreased by 4 seconds, damage increased by 15;
Tier 2 - Enemies are slightly slowed after hits. Also gains +25% attack range and radius;
Tier 3 - The skill gains a third strike similar to the first, but now it staggers/shakes enemies after casting (similar to Haze's Sleep Dagger) and deals 40% of the first strike's damage. The interval before using the third strike is 3 seconds (cannot be reduced).

Skill 3 "Swap" (Spirit Damage) Cooldown 35 seconds
The player can swap an ally or themselves with an enemy creep or enemy hero.
To swap, lock on "Target 1" with a mouse click (if you want to lock on yourself, use the mouse wheel) and use the skill SWAP on "Target 2" (it has a convenient range and hitbox to make locking on and swapping easier). (Swap works automatically). Skill range is within line of sight.
Passive:
If you swap yourself or an ally with an enemy, the enemy takes damage equal to your Spirit Damage (initial damage - 40), and you or the ally are healed for 10% of your maximum health.
Leveling:
Tier 1 - Can now swap allies and yourself with each other; you can also swap with any creep. The skill gains +1 charge (15s cooldown between charges);
Tier 2 - The enemy's ability/attack is interrupted and they receive a slight movement slow (many characters' ultimates cannot be interrupted);
Tier 3 - You and allies receive a barrier and a movement speed boost for a while, and the ability's cooldown is also reduced by 6 seconds (the cooldown between charges is reduced by 3 seconds).

Skill 4 "Unkillable" (Ultimate) 180s cooldown, begins only after the skill expires. Skills
The player takes no damage for 6 seconds after using their ultimate ability. Depending on their max health, the player receives a damage buff, fire rate buff, and cooldown reduction for other abilities.
After the ultimate expires, the player takes 20% of the damage taken during their ultimate ability (cannot be killed).
Leveling:
Tier 1 - Increases movement speed and +1s to the ultimate's duration;
Tier 2 - Cooldown is reduced by 50;
Tier 3 - The player no longer takes damage from damage taken during their ultimate.
