Haze Ult Doesn't Proc Tesla Bullets

Haze ult does not appear to trigger Tesla bullets, though it triggers every other on-hit in the game as far as I can tell.

Still the case. Might be a serious balance consideration when this is fixed, as Tesla Bullets is common on Haze in order to proc Bullet Resist Shredder; and will synergize with her ultimate quite well.
