fps feels 10-20 lower after recent update

Didn't put that much attention into it and I'm already on an old card so it didnt make a big difference but I felt my game was a bit choppier than usual after the update

for me it feels way worse actually to a point where im not gonna play this patch and just gonna wait it out probably

checked again spectating a game and in spectating i'm getting 30 less average fps than i got before

someone suggested reseting ur graphics settings so either lowering them and then upping or vice versa
