didn't revive on my screen at end of match

At end of match i had 5 seconds until respawn, I was watching another pc playing and the game continued without lag. I was still connected to the internet as I could see players dying and the archmother losing hp.
I saw I was respawned on the other pc with my part member (on the same network), but not on mine. The game ended and I was even receiving commendations while still in the 5 seconds to respawn screen.
