Deranked after winning and wins after did nothing

as I finished winning this match: 48393758, I went to check my rank to see I went from phantom 3 to 1, wins after this didn't do anything to push me back up, eventually after a 4th win in a row I got to phantom 2, and after losing a single match I got put in Phantom 1 again, I don't know if this is how it's supposed to work? but something feels off.
all other matches I won that gave nothing: 48395874, 48397863, 48399738
full derank match for one loss: 48401268
in general I've been having around 57% winrate on pocket this patch and all I did was go from Phantom 6 to Phantom 1, idk if this is just not positive enough for this rank but it feels very punishing.
EDIT: Fixed got put up to phantom 4, thanks devs!

Dropped from ascendant 2 to oracle 5 with a positive winrate. Probably winrate not high enough. Also streaks contribute a lot, and lose streak is way worse than win streak is good.

This so much. I lose a lot trying new characters, climb back up to oracle, lose 2 matches get dropped to Em. The current rank system is very unforgiving. I mostly ignore it and just try to have fun and learn for those above me.

Yes I lose mostly from learning new heroes, and it is insanely unforgiving. But when the game launches there'll be a rank reset, so you can grind to your expected rank then
