Debuff reducing cooldowns bugged on escalating exposure

Debuff reducing cooldowns reduce the escalating exposure duration for every single stack on the player, if I have debuff remover and 7-8 stacks of escalating exposure, it expires in about 1-2 seconds instead of 12 seconds
