Character model upside down and under ground bug

When I spawned (Not at the start of the game but at around 50 mins in) my character model was tilted upside down and a part of the character was underground. I backed out of the game to record this moment, but as soon as I re entered the game the character model was back to normal.

Sorry for not providing footage. The match recording was lost because I exited the match
