With wraith and I think other chars (noticed this sometimes on mcginnis) if you are holding down fire and press a quick cast ability, it interrupts the fire even if the ability is on cooldown. This does not happen with confirm cast.
Edit: easy way to see is to do wraith's ult while it's set on quick cast, hold fire afterwards, then press ult while you're firing during the ult cooldown. it turns off your stream of bullets immediately. if you turn it on confirm cast it just keeps firing.
Edit 2: also doesn't happen with instant cast, JUST quick cast.
