Binding alt stops testing tools from working in sandbox

I bound alt to my self cast modifier but I've heard people use it for other things with the same issue. Even after unbinding it and restarting I cannot access the testing tools (hold alt to open) in sandbox mode on any hero.

To clarify the title, I cannot open the testing tools by holding alt.
