When using Arcane Surge to boost Mcginnis' Medicinal Spectre, the extra range provided by Arcane Surge will be removed from the Spectre if the Mcginnis who threw it leaves the field long enough for the newly added 1s linger time to expire on her.
The visual effect for the Spectre's radius will not change, but the actual effect range of the ability will no longer match it and be shorter for the remainder of that instance of Medicinal Spectre.
This bug does not seem to occur if any of Mcginnis' teammates leave the field for longer than 1s like it does with her.
